Honda Racing
After a successful F2 program with Ralt, March, and Spirit, Honda Motor Corporation commissioned Spirit to build a Prototype car Type 201 to run the v6 Turbo they had built. After some test sessions in the UK, Europe, and California they entered the car in some races in 1982.
At the same time, Honda came to an agreement to supply Williams with engines, starting a successful period of racing.
